Turning every local church in to training center

Through the schools of ministry program this ministry is able to turn every local church, regardless of resources, into a ministry training center. Any pastor who has a heart to train his flock is eligible to receive from our ministry, without cost, an extensive DVD-based curriculum, with more than 250 sessions.

ISOM

The curriculum, which has been developed by the International Schools of Ministry (ISOM) in southern California, is geared toward practical ministry, based on principles of multiplication of: the Word, leaders, the anointing, disciples and churches. It features various well-known Christian teachers and church leaders, among them T.L. Osborn, Joyce Meyer, Reinhard Bonnke and Jack Hayford. One of the key aspects of the curriculum is that is brings together the teachings of experts with a proven track-record of successful, anointed ministry. And because it is in DVD format, believers in remote villages in the Amazon rainforest or in the high Andes can be discipled by such wonderful teachers just as if they were invited guests at their own local church!

Developing a deeper spiritual life

The emphasis of the school of ministry program is training God's people to develop a deeper spiritual life and greater knowledge of the Word, plant churches, and to reach the ends of the earth with the gospel. However, for those five-fold ministers who wish to pursue academic credentials, or must do so because of government requirements, such as is the case in Ecuador, the school of ministry program provides a means to obtain not only a diploma in Biblical Studies, but also an Associate's degree and even set them on a path to obtain a Bachelor's degree.

Truly, the school of ministry program represents a part of the fulfillment of the prophecy spoken by Habakkuk: "For the knowledge of the glory of the Lord shall cover the earth as the waters cover the sea" (Hab 2:14).
